Privacy Policy

How pushin.cc handles data: as little as possible, and nothing in custody.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what PUSHIN ("we", "us") collects when you use pushin.cc and the PUSHIN dashboard, and what we do with it. The short version: the product is non-custodial software that runs against a public blockchain, and we collect as little as we can.

Data Controller Information

PUSHIN operates the website at pushin.cc. Questions about this policy can be sent through our X account at x.com/PushinCC.

Information We Collect

We do not run accounts. There is no signup form, no password and no email requirement to use the dashboard.

  • Wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet, its public address is used in your browser to read your links and receipts from Robinhood Chain. We do not store it on a server.
  • On-chain data. Payment links, invoices and receipts you create are written to the PUSHIN contract on Robinhood Chain by your own wallet. That data is public, permanent and outside our control.
  • Newsletter email. If you subscribe to updates, we keep the email address you give us until you unsubscribe.
  • Invoice generator. Everything you type into the invoice generator stays in your browser. The PDF is built on your device and never uploaded.

Automatically Collected Information

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and debugging. Our read-only RPC proxy forwards blockchain reads to a Robinhood Chain node and does not log request bodies.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and newsletter emails on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How We Use Your Information

To show you your own links and receipts, to send the updates you asked for, and to keep the service running. We do not sell data and we do not build advertising profiles.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the site (hosting, DNS, blockchain RPC), and when the law requires it. Anything written on-chain is visible to everyone by design.

Data Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. On-chain data cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else.

Your Rights Under GDPR

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Because we do not hold wallet-to-identity mappings, most requests concern newsletter emails, which we can delete promptly.

Data Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The dashboard never asks for a seed phrase or private key, and the contract cannot move funds without a transaction signed by your wallet.

International Data Transfers

Our hosting provider may process server logs in the United States or the European Union. Blockchain data is replicated worldwide by the nature of the network.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

pushin.cc sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The dashboard uses your browser's local storage to remember your preferred wallet and a few display settings; you can clear it at any time.

Third-Party Services

Wallet software you connect (for example MetaMask or Rabby), the Robinhood Chain network and its explorer, and Robinhood's on- and off-ramp are operated by third parties under their own policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of third-party wallets, networks or exchanges, or from data you choose to write on a public blockchain.

Children's Privacy

The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. The effective date below changes when we do, and material changes are announced on our X account.
