The terms for using pushin.cc, the dashboard and the PUSHIN contract on Robinhood Chain.
These Terms govern your use of pushin.cc, the PUSHIN dashboard and the PUSHIN smart contract on Robinhood Chain (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
PUSHIN is non-custodial software. It lets you create payment links and invoices that are stored in a public smart contract, and lets payers settle them by sending USDG or USDC directly from their wallet to yours. PUSHIN does not hold, transmit, convert or custody funds at any point.
Robinhood Chain is a public network operated by third parties. Transactions are final once included in a block and cannot be reversed by PUSHIN. Network fees (gas) are set by the network and paid by the party sending the transaction.
The contract charges a flat platform fee, currently 0.30% of each payment, sent to the PUSHIN treasury in the same transaction as the payment. The fee is capped in the contract at 0.30% and may be lowered but never raised above the cap. There is no FX markup: a link priced in another currency is converted at a published reference rate when it is created.
You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys and any transaction you sign. PUSHIN cannot recover keys, reverse payments or freeze links.
You represent that you are at least 18, that you are not prohibited from using digital assets under the laws that apply to you, and that you will use the Service only for lawful purposes and will pay any taxes that apply to payments you receive.
You may not use the Service to violate sanctions or anti-money-laundering laws, to sell goods or services that are illegal where you or your customer are located, to impersonate another person or business, or to interfere with the Service or the network.
PUSHIN is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, exchange or broker. It does not offer deposits, accounts, loans, interest or investment advice. Stablecoins are issued by third parties under their own terms.
The invoice generator produces documents on your device from information you enter. You are responsible for their accuracy and for any tax or legal requirements that apply to invoices in your jurisdiction.
The pushin.cc site, its design and its trademarks belong to PUSHIN. The contract source is published for verification. You may not copy the site or its assets without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site, the contract or the network will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUSHIN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for losses caused by third-party wallets, networks, tokens or exchanges, or for any amount greater than the fees you paid to the contract in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify PUSHIN against claims arising from your use of the Service, your payments or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend access to the website at any time. Because the contract is public, links and receipts you have already created remain on-chain regardless.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PUSHIN is established, and disputes will be resolved in its courts unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
